• The keys will be collected at the Gestaltur office: Calle Ibiza, 12, Local 4, on the corner in front of the pharmacy. Office hours may vary depending on the season. Contact the Gestaltur staff directly. The hours and season of the pool is subject to what the community of the building decides. This may vary depending on the year and the season. The deposit may be affected by non-compliance with the community's rules of conduct, not leaving the apartment collected, not taking the garbage down or loss of keys, among others. Please note that for stays of more than 7 nights, the change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days. For stays of less than 7 nights, the changes will be made upon request for a fee: Towel change: 20€. Linen and towel change: 45€This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
