• Self Check-in from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sending a link for hotel registration, which is required by law, in which all guests' ID or passport information must be entered. Supplements: - Late check-in: arrivals after 21:00, supplement of 30€ regardless of whether the arrival is face-to-face or self check-in. - Early check-in: arrivals before 17:00, supplement of 20€ (subject to availability and prior request). - Late check-out: departures after 11:00, supplement of 20€ (subject to availability and previous request). **Personal check-in: staff waits up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if further assistance is required. Lockers: - Available for early arrival or storage of belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking. Responsibility for belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for loss. Loss of keys: - Charge of 100€ for each set of lost keys. Check-out time: - Unannounced check-outs have a supplement of 50€ per hour, charged through the booking platform. **The works for the installation of the new elevator will begin at the end of June. We are working to improve building amenities and appreciate your understanding during this process. IMPORTANT: Follow the instructions and videos to avoid problems when accessing.
