• Autonomous check-in from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, may be in person (subject to availability and prior request). A link will be sent for mandatory hotel registration by law, where the identity document or passport details of all guests must be entered. Supplements: Late arrival: Arrivals after 9:00 PM will incur a €30 supplement, regardless of whether the check-in is in person or autonomous. Early check-in: Arrivals before 5:00 PM will incur a €20 supplement (subject to availability and prior request). Late check-out: Departures after 11:00 AM will incur a €20 supplement (subject to availability and prior request). **In-person check-in: The staff will wait for up to 30 minutes; after this time, additional charges will apply if further assistance is required. Lockers: Available for early arrivals or to store belongings. A discount voucher will be provided after booking. Responsibility for belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal items. Next Stop Bilbao is not liable for any losses. Loss of keys: A €100 charge will apply for each lost set of keys. Check-out time: Delays without prior notice will incur a €50 supplement for each hour, charged through the booking platform. IMPORTANT: Follow the instructions and videos to avoid issues when accessing.
