• - Autonomous entrance from 17h to 21h, can be in person (subject to availability and upon request). - Sending link for hotel registration required by law, where ID or passport details of all guests must be entered. Supplements: - Late check-in: arrivals after 21:00, supplement of 30€ regardless of whether the arrival is face-to-face or autonomous. - Early check-in: arrivals before 17:00, supplement of 20€ (subject to availability and upon request). - Late check-out: departures after 11:00, supplement of 20€ (subject to availability and upon request). **Personal check-in: staff waits up to 30 minutes; after, additional charges will apply if further assistance is required. Lockers: - Available for early arrival or storage of belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking. Responsibility for belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for loss. Loss of keys: - Charge of 100€ for each set of keys lost. Check-out time: - Delays without prior notice have a supplement of 50€ for each hour, charged through the booking platform. No smoking: - No smoking in the flat.
