• If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty or messy state, extra cleaning fee will be charge up to GBP 100. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building only. Please dispose of cigarette ends. Please note that early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 12:00 is possible for an additional GBP 20, subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. A late check-in fee of GBP 30 will apply from 20:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, an additional fee of GBP 15 will apply. Please note that this property cannot accommodate guests under the age of 24. Visitors are strictly not permitted. If you violate this rule, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Guests are required to show a photo ID 7 days before check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
