• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This apartment is located in a residential block and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 22:00. This property will not tolerate anti-social behaviour. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building only. Please dispose of cigarette ends. A late check-in fee of GBP 45 will apply from 20:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, an additional fee of GBP 20 will apply. Please note that early check-in and late check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. Visitors are strictly not permitted. If you violate this rule, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Please note all guest must be 23 years and older, apart from families staying with children. Please inform Arcadian City Centre Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
