Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building and balcony only. Please dispose of cigarette ends. Please note that visitors are strictly not permitted. If you violate this rule, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Please note if the apartment is left in an excessively dirty or messy state, extra cleaning fee of up to GBP 100 will apply.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
