Know before you go

• Pets are allowed with possible charges
• We require that the lead guest be at least 25 years old, and that most members of the group are also over the age of 25. As we are a family-oriented holiday park, we may reach out if your booking does not appear to be from a family group. In some cases, this could result in cancellation. This property is unable to accommodate hen or stag parties, or similar group celebrations. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of £5 per pet, per night. Each accommodation can host up to 3 pets. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know during the booking process. Please be aware that check-in is available until 20:00. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate arrivals after this time. Please be advised that cots may not be suitable for placement within the bedrooms and may need to be positioned in the living area instead. Gazebos, jet skis and trailers are not permitted on the premises. Commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodation but can be parked in our reception car park subject to availability. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 50 for cleaning costs. WiFi is available throughout the park; however as provided by a third party, coverage cannot be guaranteed in every unit, and signal strength may vary. All pictures are for illustration purposes only; makes and models can vary.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
