• Important aspects to take into account: 1. It is necessary to report the number of people who are part of the reservation, and carry out the proper registration at the reception with all the necessary documents, presenting valid identification documents (ID, Passport validated by Migración Colombia), since people who do not present their identification document will not be allowed to enter. 2. Tranquility, security and healthy coexistence must be guaranteed inside the building, maintaining a commitment to responsibility and compliance with the rules of the Tourist Housing Manual of the building. 3. Visits are only allowed until 8:00 p.m. 4. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. 5. It is prohibited to throw water, garbage, cigarette butts and any type of waste from the windows or balconies of the building. 6. The building is committed to the management of garbage and solid waste, please make proper use of waste to avoid inconveniences or sanctions, glass, cans and cardboard containers must be placed in separate bags, and must be deposited in the place provided for this purpose in the basement. 7. The entry of addresses into the building is not permitted (the guest must go down to reception to receive their orders), nor can orchestras or musical groups enter or carry out activities that cause noise, disturbances or acts that disturb the tranquility of the other residents of the building. 8. The space is located near main avenues, therefore, some noise may occasionally occur during hours of excessive traffic. 9. We respectfully request that guests be cautious with water consumption, since the city is experiencing difficulties with this resource, and we are experiencing rationing for the following dates: DECEMBER cut-off dates: 1, 10, 19, 28, JANUARY cut-off dates: 6, 15, 24. The Horizontal Property is committed to prohibiting any type of sexual exploitation, and especially to the Prevention of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys and Adolescents - ESCNNA in travel and tourism contexts, and therefore, guests who may have the purpose of engaging in prostitution activities are not admitted, and if reported, the service will be cancelled immediately.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
