• Access is provided with a temporary security code. It is important to keep in mind that the apartment rules apply; check-in is from 2pm and check-out is before 1pm. You have access to the parking lot during your stay. -*Important information regarding capacity*: Our standard rate includes up to 4 guests. For larger groups, an additional charge of £150,000 COP per person per night will apply. -We are Pet-Friendly! To ensure a harmonious stay for everyone, we accept pets with a one-time charge of £150,000 COP per pet per stay. Pets are requested to be supervised in common areas. Once your stay at the accommodation has been confirmed, we will send you the information to cancel your reservation payment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
