• Note that guests must be over 18 years old in order to book. All guests under this age can only check-in with an adult. Please note that guest will be charge their stay during check in. Please note that you will be paying your reservation in Argentinean pesos according to the currency exchange of the days you are staying or if the reservation is prepaid according to the day you are paying. Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable. Please note that for non Argentinian residents, a local tax "Visit Buenos Aires" of 1.50 USD, per person, per day, is not included on the fee. It applies to all guests older than 12 years old.
