• Damage deposit: 100.00 EUR - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Please note that for stays longer than 7 days the linen change is mandatory for an extra fee of EUR 10 per person A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 10 PM. A surcharge of 35 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 11 P.M. A surcharge of 50 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Kindly note that last minute bookings may have slight check-in delays of up to 2 hours. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, La Meridiana will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
