• By regulation (Royal Decree 933/2021), which came into effect on December 2, 2024, all guests must complete online registration and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure is for security reasons and applies to all tourist apartments in Menorca. - The tourist tax is not included in the total amount (€2.20 per person per day). - To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. This maintenance is essential for ensuring you fully enjoy the villa. Visits are brief, discreet, and outdoors only. We always provide at least 24 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding. - The property offers a free crib and high chair. - There is free parking around the house, with beautiful views. - This is a residential area, so we recommend doing all your shopping in Ciutadella de Menorca. You'll find restaurants around, but keep in mind that many establishments in coastal areas operate seasonally and typically open from Easter until the end of October. Reservations made by persons under 25 years of age are not accepted when the group consists exclusively of persons under 25 years of age.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
