• Please note that the lead guest must be at least 25 years, and that most members of the group are also over the age of 25. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP 5 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 3 pets is allowed per unit. Please inform the property during the booking process if you plan to bring pets. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 is unavailable at this property. Please be advised that cots may not be suitable for placement within the bedrooms and may need to be positioned in the living area instead. Gazebos, jet skis and trailers are not permitted on the premises. Commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodation, but can be parked in our reception car park and is subject to availability. Smoking on site will incur a cleaning charge of GBP 50. WiFi is available throughout the park. It is provided by a third party, so coverage cannot be guaranteed in every unit and signal strength may vary. All pictures are for illustration purposes only.
