Please note that linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Please contact the property prior to arrival to organise linen hire.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
