• Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. After 8:00 pm, check-ins are subject to validation, except during convention periods and in summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and an autonomous check-in, and are asked to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of physical check-in, a member of staff will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 pm incurs an additional charge of €50, payable in cash on arrival, except during conference periods and in summer. For self check-in, a key box is available. Departures are until 11 a.m. at the latest. The deposit required is €500. Copies of your identity papers may be requested prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please dispose of your rubbish before leaving and leave the kitchen area clean. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
