• Pets are not allowed
• Check-in is guaranteed from 4 pm to 8 pm. After 8 pm, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. You can choose between physical check-in and self-check-in, and are asked to communicate your preference in advance. In case of physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 8 pm incurs a surcharge of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is at your disposal. Check-out is no later than 11 am. The security deposit is €500. A copy of your ID may be requested before arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please dispose of your trash before leaving and leave the kitchen clean. Otherwise, a deposit will be required.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
