• Pets are not allowed
• Airport shuttle service and transport around Cape Town can be arranged upon request (reservations is necessary and charges apply). Please note, the indoor pool is not accessible to children under the age of 14 years old. A deposit of R2 500 will be required for 2- and 3-bedroom units during peak periods and weekends. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no noise complaints are reported. The deposit serves as a safeguard against potential noise penalties that Majorca Apartments may incur during a guest's stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
