• Please note that the property does not have a lift, and access is only via stairs. Please consider that this hotel is 100% smoke free. If your arrival at the hotel is after 6:30pm the main door of the hotel (wooden gate) will be closed, however, at the top left there is a bell and a person 24 hours a day ready to serve you. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Room cleaning service is available daily until 2:00P.M Due to our unbeatable location and open colonial infrastructure, outside noise can be heard throughout the hotel, however, the hotel provides free earplugs for your use during your stay. **The hotel's swimming pool will be closed until October 31, 2024 due to unplanned corrective maintenance work**Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
