• CHECK IN Please note that in the accommodation information, we have until 20:00h to check in person. After that, we can perform the service, but due to overtime, it would have a plus of €20. A check-in in several parts would have an additional cost of €100 for each displacement. These are information gathering and data matching procedures required by the National Police. Therefore, we recommend you to check in all the companions before 8:00 p.m. and all together whenever possible. RULES OF COEXISTENCE Respect the hours of silence of the community between 22PM - 9AM and 14PM - 17PM and the rules of coexistence of the urbanization. Procedimiento de CHECK IN: Por favor, tened en cuenta, que en la información del alojamiento tenemos de plazo hasta las 20:00 h para realizar el check in persona. Posteriormente, podremos dejaros las llaves en un candado a 1 minuto andando desde el alojamiento, sin coste para vosotros. Os haremos el check in a la mañana del día siguiente a todos juntos. De forma alternativa, podemos realizar el servicio de check in en persona, pero debido a las horas extraordinarias, tendría un plus de 20 €. Un check in en varias partes tendría un coste adicional de 15 € por cada desplazamiento. El retraso en la llegada sobre la hora convenida tendría un coste de 15 € por hora. Se trata de procedimientos de toma de información y cotejo de datos que nos requiere la Policía Nacional. Por lo que os recomendamos realizar el check in de todos los acompañantes antes de las 20 horas y todos juntos siempre que fuera posible.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
