The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property without prior confirmation. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in a financial penalty and reporting to the platform. Respect for the neighborhood: mandatory silence between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Non-compliance may result in penalties or eviction. Apartment use: exclusively for residential and tourist purposes. Commercial, professional use or illegal activities prohibited. Keys: Only one set of keys is provided per reservation. ID: Valid ID at Checkin. Billing: Available without VAT, upon request before check-in. Pets: Not allowed, except for guide dogs, as required by law. Damages: The guest is responsible for any damage to the apartment, furniture, or appliances. Air conditioning: Hotel-style key system. Ventilation: recommended periodically.
