Just 0.6 mi from the Ottoman village of Dana and the start of the Wadi Dana Trail, the camp overlooks Wadi Dana and the Dana Nature Reserve. The camp is owned by a group of local farmers and the local community cooperative (The Dana Cooperative). Profits go back to the local community. There are 8 chalets (twin rooms with en-suites) and 15 traditional tents (shared facilities). In a beautiful location ‘off-grid’, completely powered by Solar Paneled Power Banks and Natural Water Springs, the camp is a unique hideaway for hikers and lovers of nature. There are 4 chalets (twin rooms with en-suites) and 9 traditional tents (shared facilities). Each has a stunning view of Wadi Dana. The restaurant has panoramic views and a terrace. Traditional lunches and dinners, and lunchboxes for hiking, are available on request. Breakfast is included in the tariff.
