• Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for EUR 15 per person per stay. Electricity: 85 kWh/week included for bungalows/apartments 150 kWh/week included for Villas with private pool Electricity: For short stays, on arrival the kWh of the electricity meter is recorded next to the tenant, as well as at the exit. For Villas is included 150kwh/week and for Apartments and Bungalows 85kwh/week. In case of excess, will be charged at 0.35€/kWh. For long-term stays (28 days or more), will be charged according to invoice. The tenant is advised to make responsible and reasonable use of heating or air conditioning to avoid an additional cost in their stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
