• Tourist identification code HBIO1104. As of 1/apr/2022, we have "individual air conditioning with state-of-the-art renewable energy" in all the rooms of the Hotel. The free transfer from the hotel to the airport includes one suitcase and one carry-on bag per person. If guests travel with extra luggage, the transfer will be private. Guests can ask the property for the transfer price. Please note that the service of free airpot shuttle must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will facilitate the contact of a taxi with direct payment. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
