Payment: • For reservations valued over AED 3,200, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. • Guests must pay a damage deposit of 2000 AED prior to check-in. • This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. • Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. • Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking inside (smoking on the balcony is allowed). • Violations and disturbances result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. • Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). • If guests require parking, they are advised to contact the property in advance to get parking access. • In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
