• • A refundable security deposit will be collected upon arrival and returned upon check out, following inspection of the apartment. • Late check in fee of 200 AED applies for any check in and check out between 8pm and 8am • Before going out kindly make sure that all doors and windows are closed. Keys must be returned as per the instruction provided upon check in, failing to do so, will result in 300 AED charges per key. • Cleaning fee collected in price is a check out clean. Additional cleaning service such as daily clean, linen change or one off mid-stay clean can be arranged on request and at extra cost. • Each staying guest must send to host@airbetter.com a copy of their ID (front and back) or passport.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
