• Please note that the original credit card must be presented upon check-in, including non-refundable reservations. The credit card authorization equivalent to one night rate can be taken for guarantee purpose and used in case of no shows or last minute cancelations. If the credit card's owner is not the person staying at the hotel, please contact the property in advance to request an E –Payment link. Valid Original Passport with Visa and/or Emirates ID required at the time of check-in. For Staycation Packages, applicable food and beverage discounts apply to all restaurants except in-room dining and tobacco. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please note that the AED 250 deposit, is required for incidentals for Food and Beverage, telephone charges,etc and not specifically for damages. We recommend for guests with children to check the room photos to see if the configuration of the room suits their requirement as extra beds will be subject to availability and/or additional charges. Meal plans in packages are applicable for adults only. Children Meal supplement will be applicable depending on their age. Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise. Pets are allowed at the hotel, at additional costs, a one-time deposit of AED 250 and AED 75 per pet per night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
