• Extra beds are available on request with additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid UAE ID or passport and the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel. A credit card or a cash amount is also required to cover incidentals. Please note that there is an additional 15 AED tourism fee per room per unit per night payable at the hotel directly . A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms, can can meet the visitors in lobby or restaurant area. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
