• As Your Home From Home is not a hotel, it does not have a reception. Instead it provides 24-hour support, should you need it, and an office, open daily from 08:00 to 18:00, where you can speak directly to reservations and accommodations support. Your Home From Home reservations will email you in addition to your Booking.com confirmation with an email to let you know the address you will be staying at, this email may go into your spam, so please be aware. To ensure you have an enjoyable stay, it is important that you contact the apartments in advance of your arrival with your arrival time. This will allow them to plan for your arrival and show you to your apartment. The main office is located at The Moorings, Fitzwilliam Quay, Dublin 4, and the 3 apartment locations are all within a few minutes’ walk of the office. If guests have any difficulty finding their apartment on arrival, they should contact the number provided on their confirmation email. Please note that the apartments do not accept Stag or Hen parties. Your Home From Home Apartments reserve the right to refuse entry.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
