• Please note that the property's restaurant is only open from 1 July until 31 August. Please note 3-year old children and older are considered adults. Cleaning service is not included. The cleaning fee is EUR 50 per service. This service is available at an additional cost (subject to availability). For more information, you need to contact the property. Between July 1 and August 31, Easter 2025 (from 04/16/25 to 04/19/25) and MotoGP (from 04/24/25 to 04/26/25) the service is included in the fee. When booking more than 3 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. A prepayment will be requested to confirm the reservation Conditions on dogs (no other pets allowed): They can only stay in the DUPLEX type apartments - In JULY AND AUGUST we DO NOT allow dogs. 1 dog per reservation. The following welcome kit is included in the room with these items: 1 eco-friendly drinking bowl (1000 ml) 1 eco-friendly feeding bowl (750 ml) 15 biodegradable bags 1 bag dispenser 1 bag of healthy snacks 1 play ball The cost of accommodation for your dog per night is €12 and the cost for cleaning is € 25 per stay. Maximum weight 10 kg. Your pet's accommodation does not include a bed, feeder and drinker. Pets are not allowed in the food and drink and wellness (swimming pool) areas. Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
