• Reception opening hours in the summer: - Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 - Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Reception opening hours in the winter: - Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 - Saturday: 08:00 to 22:00. Please note that these hours may change, please contact the residence before your arrival. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Prices include : accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, basic WiFi access (for up to 5 devices for browsing, reading emails and researching), all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
