• Damage deposit: 100.00 EUR - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check in and if they fail to do so and check in 30 minutes after check in are subject to a 20 EUR charge and needs to be paid cash at the property. A surcharge of 50EUR applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:00 check-in hours. A surcharge of 70EUR applies for arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 check-in hours. A surcharge of 20EUR applies for early arrivals from 12:00 to 14:00 check-in hours. All requests for late arrivals or early arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property and needs to be paid cash at the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own. The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows: Bed linen: EUR 15 per bed, per stay. Towels: EUR 8 per person, per stay. Additional linen changes are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 15 per change. Additional bed linen and towels changes are available upon request for an additional charge of: 1. Bed linen: EUR 15 per bed per change 2. Towels: EUR 8 per person, per change. In case an invoice is needed, please note that it must be requested prior the arrival and is upon property's confirmation. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
