• Damage deposit: 1000.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 14 days after checkout
• Standard check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00. **We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 but please note we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 15:00 Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in, €60 from 19:00 to 22:00 and €90 from 22:00 to 2:00 (the following day). All requests for check-in after 2 am are subject to approval by the property and must be requested before. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their key collection.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise.
