• A luggage storage is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 19.00 at Borgo Albizi, 15. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours as follows: - from 19:00 until 21:00 EUR 20 - from 21:00 until 00:00 EUR 40 - from 00:00 until 09:00 EUR 60 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Late check-out can be arranged in advance based on availability, a surcharge might apply. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge will be applied. Electricity, gas and water are not included for stays of 8 nights or more. Please note that the rates include the property service charge. *We generally accept check-ins at any time after 11am, but please note that we do not guarantee the apartment will be ready and clean before 3pm. For check-ins outside the indicated times, it is mandatory to provide us with the train/plane timetable or any other details regarding the means of arrival. Subject to availability, we try to accommodate out-of-hours check-out requests. Please inquire when booking. An additional fee may apply. For bookings longer than 8 nights, utilities are not included and will be calculated on consumption. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
