• Please note that when booking the Apartment with Balcony, you must ensure your vehicle meets the following parking requirements: - Maximum car height: 180 cm - Minimum ground clearance: 16 cm - Maximum car width: 190 cm (with mirrors folded) - Maximum length: 480 cm. Additionally, the car must not have a front overhang that extends too far beyond the front wheels, as this may cause scraping when descending the ramp. For reference, vehicles like the Mercedes GLC Coupé and Lexus NX 450h+ have successfully parked in the garage. Please note that LPG vehicles are prohibited due to safety regulations, as the parking is located within an underground garage. If your vehicle does not meet these requirements, street parking will be necessary. We highly recommend contacting the property in advance to confirm whether your specific car model and version meets all parking requirements. Note: The Apartment with Terrace includes guaranteed parking in the property yard. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. The latest check-in time is 03:00 am.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
