Arriving/leaving Instructions

Know before you go

• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 200.00 EUR - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Please come to the apartments reception upon arrival. Our team will complete your ID check and hand over your access codes. The timings are Morning 09:00 AM till Evening11:00 PM, you may ring the doorbell at the entrance for assistance. There is no self check-in at the property. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. During the check-out please ensure the room is in clean condition. It is the guest responsibility to dispose the trash and put the cutlery in the dish-washer. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, Skyreach Bizzstay reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests. In case of smoking, the fine is 250 €. If any tampering is done with the fire safety devices a fine of 500 € is applicable. Guests under the age of 18 can check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The form can be provided by the property upon the guest's request. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that all visitors need to show a valid ID upon arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight at the property. Please note that the guest who made the booking must also stay at the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
