• A surcharge of €30 applies for arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. The swimming pool is located in another building in the same complex, just a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The property reserves the right to request a guarantee for reservations for persons under 30 years of age. Arrivals between 22:00 hrs and 02:00 hrs are subject to a supplement of 30 EUR, payable in cash at the time of check-in. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property reserves the right to request a security deposit for reservations from individuals under 30 years old. Access to the swimming pool is subject to dress code regulations, and bathing is not permitted for individuals whose arms and legs are not uncovered. The swimming pool is located in another building in the same complex, just a few minutes walk from the accommodation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
