Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that the reception desk is located at the entrance on Dutton Street. This involves the exterior of the building being washed down, and a fresh coat of paint. The good news is that your view should not be interrupted, as the works will be done by abseilers (no scaffolding). While you may notice a bit of noise and activity Monday to Friday between now and the end of April 2025. We will do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our property for your future enjoyment.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
