• Please note that there is a 1.3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The credit card must be in the same name as the booker. If the cardholder will not be present the property requires the cardholders authorisation prior to arrival. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Spectrum Holiday Apartments is a self catering accommodation business. This means that we supply a starter pack that we place in the apartment which includes toilet paper x 2 rolls, personal soap x 2. dishwasing and clothes washing liquid x 1, rubbish bag x 1, cleaning cloth and scourer X 1 and dishwasher powder x 1. Once this supply has been exhausted the cost to replenish is upon the guest.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
