• • Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. • Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. • The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. • Please be advised of nearby works in preparation of a new building. This is not within our property however we would like to make you aware of noise works Mon - Sat between 6.30am - 6.30pm daily. We appreciate your understanding during this time and apologise for any inconvenience.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
