It will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival through a link. In case of loss of the keys, it will be necessary to contact an emergency locksmith to replace the lock or open it so that you can access the property. Please note that the costs associated with this service, including the locksmith's fees, must be covered by the guest responsible for the loss. IMPORTANT: Check-in is available until 10:00 PM. We cannot guarantee entry after that time, so we kindly ask that you plan your arrival accordingly.
