• Reception opening hours (July / August) : Sunday to Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 20:00 Reception opening hours (May, June, September, October) : Monday to Friday : 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 - Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Reception opening hours for winter : - All days: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. If you plan to arrive outside of regular check-in hours, please contact the property in advance. The price includes: accommodation, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (1 bathmat and 1 dishcloth), cleaning kit, basic WiFi access (internet browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee), pool area, playing field (except tennis and archery) and standard entertainment (fitness, contests, parties). End-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area) is included. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. The heated outdoor swimming pool and children’s pool are open from April to the end of the Toussaints school holidays, and is located near the Calade restaurant (270 m² and 1.60 m deep). Aquatic area: cards to access all season. Open from 1 May to 15 September. Slides/ waves/ jacuzzi: open from 15/06 to 15/09 Activities around the pool (independent of Pierre et Vacances services). Please note that the residence is not accessible to vehicles exceeding 2.10 meters in height. The pool is not heated in July and August. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
