• Please note that checkout time is at 09:00, however the boat will only arrive at the harbor between 12:00 to 12:30. Please note that embarkation is at 12:30 from Tuan Chau Port at counter 26. Registration of all guests with the cruise is required at least 24 hours in advance. Registration is valid with the provision of: 1. Full name / male or female 2. Date of birth 3. Nationality 4. Passport number 5. Expiry date of Visa for Vietnam 6. Mobile phone number (if any) A valid passport is required upon check-in on board. All rates include: - Welcome drink - Accommodations on board - All meals on board- breakfast, lunch and dinner - Entrance fees - Insurance on boat - English-speaking guide Please note that special requests such as dietary restrictions are required to be submitted at least 2 days in advance. Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change without prior notice due to weather and operation conditions. Please note that the WIFI on the Bay is not strong and stable.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
