• No meals are served at this property. Please note, the property is located on a hill. Guests with small children or heavy luggage are strongly advised to take the bus. Nearby bus stop, Daino-chaya on the Hakone Kyukaido Route K, is a 2 minute walk from the property. Please also note that the final bus from Hakone Yumoto Station departs at 20:15. Guests arriving after check-in hours (20:00) must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that towels and yukata robes are not available in guest rooms but can be rented from the front desk for an additional fee. Please also note that amenities such as toothbrushes and shaving razors are not provided in guest rooms but can be purchased at the front desk for an additional fee. The property cannot accept bookings which exceed 3 rooms or more, as well as bookings which exceed 10 guests or more.
