• PETS: Pets Are Allowed on the Property ONLY with Advanced Permission in writing, and secured with a non-refundable Pet Fee. Allowed pets: Maximum of two (2) Small adult dogs under 20lbs; Pet breed, age, size must be disclosed to Host prior to booking approval. Dogs are to be leashed when outside and contained/crated when the Guest is out of the house. Pet Fee is £50 per pet/per stay - payable to the Host (separate from your Booking.com charges).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
