• Damage deposit: 5000.00 THB - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• ⚡ To protect the island’s resources, guests are required to turn off AC, lights, and all electrical devices when leaving the house. Windows must always stay closed while the AC is on. 🚽 Only human waste may go into the toilet. Toilet paper and other items must go into the bin. 💧 Please use water responsibly – the island has limited resources. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. 👫 Only registered guests are permitted. Parties and events are not allowed. 🐾 Pets must be approved in advance, and an additional fee will be charged. ⏰ Early check-in must be requested in advance and is subject to approval. An additional fee may apply. 🛠️ Guests are expected to take care of the property and report any damages immediately. 🧺 Towels must not be taken outside the premises. 🏖️ Guests are responsible for their own beach equipment, including towels. The property does not provide these items. 🧳 The accommodation does not provide reception services. Luggage storage may be possible only with prior approval, is not guaranteed, and depends on circumstances. 🔒 The property is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings. ⚖️ !Violation of these rules may result in a fine to cover damages, up to the value of impacted reservations! 🌴 Please note: As our property is located on a tropical island, resources such as water and electricity can occasionally be limited. While we do our best to minimize any inconvenience, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, as some interruptions are beyond our control.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
