• The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card. The property reserves the right to request additional documents prior to arrival, such as an Authorization form, photo ID, or copy of the front and back of the credit card. Please Note: This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your check out).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
