• Please check the following surcharges: Pet fee is EUR 5 per day per pet. Periodical fees for electricity & water consumption: The all-in consumption of electricity and water consumption (from 1 October through to 30 April) • Weekend: maximum 100 kWh electricity and maximum 2 m³ water • Midweek: maximum 150 kWh electricity and maximum 3 m³ water • Week: maximum 200 kWh electricity and maximum 4 m³ water. Penalties for overconsumption: EUR 0.60/kWh and EUR 5.50/m³. It will be deducted from the security bond paid. Penalties for overconsumption: EUR 0.60/kWh and EUR 5.50/m³. It will be deducted from the security bond paid. Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent Bath towel package for an additional surcharge of 10 EUR per person.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
