• Please note that card used to make your reservation as well as the cardholder associated with the card will need to be present during the check in process. Failure to do so will entitle Eleonas Boutique Hotel & Spa to request alternative payment methods or decline the reservation. Please note that when company cards are used, the cardholder and the card will need to be physically present upon check in. Company cards with the company name used as the cardholder name, can no longer be accepted as a valid payment method. Due to national laws, the hotel is not able to accept more than 500 euros per day in cash and does not accept banknotes of 500 euros either (maximum value of banknotes accepted is 200 Euros)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
