• Children Age Policy: - A baby cot can be provided upon request free of charge and needs to be confirmed by the property. Any type of extra bed for children must be confirmed by the property. Entrance to Vithos spa: - Costs 20 EUR per adult/day, unless spa services are purchased (massage, treatments etc) - Spa facilities are available only to guests from 18 years old and above - The hotel's indoor heated pool is part of the spa and subject to entrance fee. Dress Code: - Smart & Casual attire is required during dinner in all restaurants. Beachwear, sportswear, flip flops and sandals are not permitted. Important information regarding credit / debit card payments: - Kindly note the card used to make your reservation as well as the cardholder associated with the card will need to be present during the check in process. Failure to do so will entitle the hotel to request alternative payment methods or decline the reservation. - When company cards are used, the cardholder and the card will need to be physically present upon check in. - Company cards with the company name used as the cardholder name, can no longer be accepted as a valid payment method. Please note that certain facilities or services, including operational days and hours, may be affected as a result of government measures and guidelines enforced.
